Testimonials

Rhys Hoskins, MLB
“Sarah’s wealth of knowledge of biomechanics and physical therapy is as good as anyone I’ve been around. She’s been an important part in helping me find ways to move more efficiently, and ways to help my body recover with her skill in dry needling.”

Nik Stauskas, NBA
“I play professional basketball and had been dealing with patellar tendinitis issues in my left knee for years. I began to see Sarah consistently for two summers and she helped me finally overcome this nagging injury. She helped me with manual therapy, plyometric work, and my least favorite but most effective - blood flow restriction. Our sessions together were certainly hard, but she helped me push past what I thought was possible and allowed me to get back to playing basketball pain free. My left knee that had once hobbled me, is now stronger and healthier than my right knee which is largely due to Sarah’s help! I would highly recommend Sarah to anyone who is looking to rehab from surgery, overcome a nagging injury, or looking to improve overall body functionality.”

Tucker Durkin, Professional Lacrosse League (PLL)
“I’ve worked with Sarah over the course the last 5 years following a variety of different post-op and non post-op injuries. Sarah’s knowledge of athletic injuries coupled with her ability to devise an extremely effective treatment plan is second to none. As a professional athlete I’ve had my fair share of athletic injuries and she is always my first call regardless of the injury. Time after time she’s proven that she can get my body feeling back to 100%. Rather than just putting you through a plan, Sarah asks questions to really understand the source of your injury and what is bothering you. Sarah attacks her job extremely seriously & effectively while also possessing a great personality to make your visit enjoyable. I recommend Sarah 100% of the time.”

Dox Aitken, Professional Lacrosse League (PLL)
“Sarah is amazing. More so than the recovery itself, Sarah understands the Athlete Psyche. She made it clear that her program only works if the athlete is willing to put in as much time and care as she does. We built up intensity on partial quad tear, and with every added layer of load/intensity - my confidence increased as I knew the base we had established with treatment, stretching, unilateral loading, and plyometrics prepared me to progress. With her help we were able to overcome a 12-14 week 50% quad tear in just 10 weeks.
Every time I worked with her - there was always an action plan with tangible steps to get there. She is so thorough and always explained to me why we were performing a certain treatment/exercise. She's an invaluable asset in my recovery and is my go-to for any treatment/maintenance/ questions.”

Sean Anthony, Philippine Basketball Association (PBA)
“Whether it was in person or virtually, Sarah was vital in my return to professional sports after my core muscle surgery. Her professionalism, knowledge and positivity is exceptional which made it very easy to work with her.”

Graham Burke, Hobart Ice Hockey Goalie
“As a high level junior ice hockey goalie, I started experiencing pain and soreness in my right hip at the end of the 2021 season. When I came home I got connected with Sarah through a surgeon. She was incredible from the start, she was very understanding of my wants and needs and desire to rehab and play my age out season without surgery. She worked tirelessly with me 3 times a week to get me to the point where I could go back and finish the season. I came home in January 2022 and received bilateral hip and bilateral core surgery. I now have been seeing Sarah for PT 2-3 times a week since surgery. She has been nothing short of amazing and has rehabbed me back to full health and I am now back on the ice training for next season! I am also in a strength training program with her 3 times a week in prep for my first collegiate season. Long story short there is no one I trust my body or my health with than Sarah. If you are in need of a physical therapist focused on getting you back to your sport, there is nobody better than her!”

Sam Shashoua, CD Tenerife (La Liga)
“I’ve worked with top professionals all over the world but I have to say Sarah is the best! She pinpoints the root cause of injuries and treats it with various techniques that work wonders. I highly recommend her to everyone!”

Mike D., Ironman Finisher
“Training for long distance endurance events while holding down a demanding job and keeping up with family responsibilities puts a tremendous strain on my body. Sarah’s core workouts have really helped me avoid injury. But when some piece of me does get bent out of shape, she is the best at getting me back on the road.”

Tim Gavett, Alpine Skier
“After a multi-season ending groin injury and herniated disk I worked with Sarah for about two years. Sarah’s expertise and dedication were instrumental in my recovery and return to elite competition. Her personalization of a usually standard protocol allowed me to progress through the early stages of physical therapy with ease and at a faster pace than anticipated. In addition to her stellar work in my initial recovery, Sarah continued to provide instrumental advice and support throughout my physical conditioning in the following year.”

Casey Stephenson, Bucknell Football
“From the very start Sarah was nothing but enthusiastic about getting me to a point where I was far beyond normal. For almost a year she has been a friend that has guided me through my injury flawlessly with a broad knowledge of physical therapy, fitness and health. It never felt like a burden coming to therapy because I was greeted with a smile and a winning attitude to push myself every day.”

David DeRosa, New Jersey State Trooper / Athlete
“I have been competitive in Brazil Jiu-Jitsu and Judo for the majority of my life. As a result, I have suffered multiple injuries requiring surgical repair as well as physical therapy. In late 2021 I suffered a severe core injury which also required surgical repair, followed by intense physical therapy. That is when I met Sarah. It was during this time I realized what a true physical therapist can do. Sarah tailored my physical therapy program through each stage of recovery including addressing previous injuries that I had sustained prior to my core injury. My recovery for this surgery by far excelled others due to her expertise and treatment plan protocol. No one ever wants to be injured, need surgery or require physical therapy, but if you find yourself in this position my advice would be to seek out Sarah for optimal recovery.”

Dan Plummer
“I first worked with Sarah following a hip labral repair surgery in 2021. Sarah’s matter of fact and attentive style of Physical Therapy helped me get back on my feet. She was able to quickly see that I most likely needed another surgery and got me in touch with the best possible surgeon to do it. Following that surgery she used a combination of PT, massage, and dry needling to get me back to a place where I can play basketball competitively and lift weights again.
I am now 9 months from my regularly scheduled PT with Sarah and I have less pain every week. I still see her every couple of months for dry needling and massage because of how impactful it is to my mobility. I am able to run, sprint, and cut. I can play basketball again!
My recovery would not have been possible without Sarah and the amazing team she put me in touch with.”

“I had no idea how challenging recovery from combo core muscle and hip surgery would be. This was a fork in the road of my life. I had lost most of my activities and was in constant pain. I've had physical therapy many times before, I have never experienced anything like PT with Sarah. Her approach and her exercise routines are totally innovative. She had me believing in week one that we would succeed, that we would win. I feel like a new person now! The transformation has far exceeded my expectations and we're only half way through the projected recovery period! Sarah is far and away the best PT/Trainer I've ever worked with. It would be impossible to overstate how huge and life changing the experience has been! I have my activities, my sports and my life back!”
-
Rachel Hodge, Multisport Athlete
“I have been in and out of physical therapy since I was 12 years old for right knee weakness and soreness. I feel like every time I went through another round of PT, I was doing the same regimen and seeing average results. When I began with Sarah, I already knew I was going to be in great hands. She treated my knee like a puzzle, and she would always consult with me on different options that may be out there to help ease the pain. She's extremely knowledgeable and constantly problem solves to ensure what she's doing is actually working FOR YOU. On top of that, she's a gem of a human being. A positive attitude, a fair bit of humor, and great taste in music mean you're in for an enjoyable experience.”

“Sarah is one of the best around! She is knowledgeable, and truly understands how to push you to be your best while ensuring you move safely and effectively. Her ability to listen and adapt makes every session productive, and she’s incredibly easy to talk to, creating a supportive and motivating environment. Highly recommend her to anyone looking to recover, build strength, and improve performance!”

Mike D., Jefferson U Soccer Player
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Sarah for 3 years during my collegiate career. She did everything from help me rehab and return to play to help me gain strength in team lifts to help me gain speed and agility during specialized practices. Sarah always made sure everyone on our team was working hard, completing the exercises with correct form, and most important getting better. Any questions my teammates or I had she could answer. She ran my team through great strength workouts and great speed/agility workouts. Sarah was a very important part of our team and it was a pleasure to work with her.”
-
Kate, Yoga Insrtuctor
“I can not recommend Sarah enough. I send anyone and everyone I know to her! She has helped me through some really difficult hip, lower back and leg issues. She is so knowledgeable and has a plethora of tools to help you heal. Every time I feel an injury coming on or an old injury flaring up, I immediately reach out to her. Simply because I know she'll get to the root of my pain.”

Alyssa A.
“Sarah is one of the best and most thorough physical therapists I've worked with. I've been her patient through two hip surgeries in the last 3 years. From being terrified of dry needling to having Sarah use dry needling on me every other week, her knowledge of rehabbing injuries speaks volumes when you are under her care. I highly recommend setting up an appointment with Sarah.”

Julia G.
“I am so grateful to have found Sarah. After years of lower back and hip problems, she was the first person who identified the root cause and got me to the right doctor. When I ultimately needed hip surgery, she had helpful advice about choosing a surgeon and has been very skilled at managing my post surgical PT, with a tailored, individual program. She is dedicated and responsive—she texts me between appointments to check on me and always gets right back to me with answers any questions.”
